Customers can schedule service appointments via phone or online. A confirmation will be sent with date, time window, and technician details. Providing accurate information about the appliance issue helps us prepare better for your service visit.
We use genuine or certified compatible parts for all repairs. The diagnostics fee covers problem identification. Labor charges are transparent and quoted upfront. All repairs include workmanship guarantee for 6-12 months depending on the service type.
Emergency repairs are prioritized and scheduled same-day when possible. Regular service requests are scheduled within 1-3 working days. Operating hours: 7 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 9 PM on weekends and holidays. Holiday services available upon request.
Guhanapoint Service Care operates as an independent repair service. We hold no official association, authorization, or partnership with any appliance manufacturer. Brand and product names mentioned are used only for customer identification. We are responsible solely for our repair services.
Service quotes are provided after diagnostics. Payment is collected after service completion, not before. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, net banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, and bank transfers. Invoices are provided for all transactions. Discounts may apply for regular customers.
Free cancellation or rescheduling allowed up to 4 hours before appointment. Late cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) may incur a small cancellation fee. If technician has already traveled to your location, a travel charge applies. Emergency service cancellations are treated separately.
Our services cover malfunctions, breakdowns, and operational problems. Factory defects, cosmetic damage, and user-caused damage are not covered under our warranty. Appliances under manufacturer warranty should claim directly. We assess each case individually for coverage.
